Moving and keeping the monitoring company informed
A move or title change does not transfer the old registration. Cancel the old permit and obtain one for the new property if keeping the alarm system. Call 780-449-0170 for cancellation or questions.
The ePermits platform changed in 2025. Older account holders may need a password reset or new profile under the stated migration rules. That login issue does not waive the underlying alarm-registration requirement. Give the monitoring company the current permit number.
