- Present complex information clearly, including the issue, context, risks, impacts, options, and recommended approach.
Branch Coordination and Stakeholder Liaison
- Serve as a central coordination point between the Executive Directors' offices and branch program areas.

- Support branch planning, reporting, priority tracking, and executive follow-up.
- Monitor key commitments, timelines, dependencies, and emerging pressures.
Financial Coordination
- Coordinate budget preparation and forecasting activities for LR & OHS and WSP.
- Monitor expenditures and support monthly forecasting.
The successful candidate will be able to bring structure to complex and fast-moving issues. They will understand how individual matters connect to broader branch priorities, identify the right people and information needed to respond, and translate detailed or conflicting information into concise advice for senior leaders.
The role requires someone who can balance analysis, coordination, judgment, communication, and follow-through while maintaining effective relationships across two branches and multiple corporate partners.
